This paper is to approach the building of Christian worldview by considering worldview concerning teaching English in church school. In Korea, English is generally located in a major position of education, politic, economy, society, culture, etc. Hence, most of people spend a lot of time and money on teaching English, so does teaching English in church school. Although church school has been invigorating teaching English in positive effects such as training for international leaders, its negative influences through the inflow of the secular worldviews (cosmopolitanism, capitalism, the pursuit of power, pragmatism, etc. in globalization) have to carefully deserve consideration. Language is God`s gift and the tool for the transmission of Gospel. Therefore, English as an international language must be a missionary means for the cross cultural mission. Teaching English in Christian education ought to consist of christian worldview, and church school should take its responsibility. In particular, teaching English in church school need to present the proper purpose and methods of teaching English and practice them in christian worldview. The goal of teaching in Christian education is education in faith and mission, and for this English must be used. In flooding of teaching English, English as a missionary tool has to be managed with christian worldview, and this is the needs of the times for the right church education.
