우수사관생도를 선발하기 위하여 기존 입시제도들을 분석하여 입시 관련 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 추출된 요인들을 검토?보완?수정하여 새로운 입시제도를 수립하였다. 주요 내용은 모집인원 증대, 인문계열?자연계열 비율 조정, 조종분야?정책분야 비율 및 선발 방식 보완, 대학수학능력시험과 학교생활기록부의 반영 비율 및 방식 등의 수정 보완이었다. 수립된 입시제도를 실제로 적용한 61기는 높은 지원률을 나타내 처음의 의도와 부합하는 성과를 얻었다. 본 연구에서 논의된 제반 요인과 견해들은 향후 지속적인 엎-데이트(up-date)와 피드백(feedback) 연구를 통해 우수사관생도 선발의 중요한 토대로 작용할 것으로 판단된다.
영문초록
This paper is for establishing a entrance examination system of ROK Air Force Academy. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the recent entrance examination systems and extracted important elements from them. And then we built a new entrance examination system which reflected the recent trends and corrected main problems. Its main elements are to increase the number of cadets to be admitted to ROKAFA, accommodate the ratio of components and change the method to evaluate the record. The result of new entrance examination system was great. More than 500 applied the ROKAFA entrance examination. These research and accomplishments will be updated through continuous research and feedback.
