This research aims to examine the level of importance-satisfaction according to participation motivation. The purpose of the paper includes the following; First, to examine the satisfaction of maternity education visitors for marketing management of education managers. Second, to investigate overall satisfaction level of participating in maternity education and to understand, in particular, the important factors affecting the satisfaction level. Third, to establish strategies to improve the competitiveness of maternity education program by reviewing its strength and weakness points through comparison and analysis of related factors. This study adapted and modified benifit sought factors of several previous research and validated research instruments to make the hypotheses. The data obtained from the returned questionnaires was coded and transcribed for statistical analysis. This contains analysis of frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, variance(ANOVA) and regression analysis. this study propose to provide the useful information to the education planner, and suggests concerning the resultant meaning of developing maternity education program, and presents the strategies of maternity education product development and promotion mix.
