    영문초록
    The purpose of this paper was to present the methods for promoting efficient management within the organization of event industry and stimulating the positive commitment to the organization and job, and furthermore, inducing satisfactory job performance, by examining the effect of the satisfaction with the communication inside the organization of event industry on the organization commitment and job commitment and the subsequent effect on the job performance. To attain the objective of this study, the literature study which began with the existing theoretical system and the empirical study which validated the hypothesis through empirical analysis were carried out together. Thus, it was validated from the results of this study that the perception of satisfaction with the desirable communication and the creation of environment for communication in the event industry are prerequisites for improving the job commitment, organization commitment, and job performance.
