    In order to dispose of others` property right, a seller should have a ground of claim. In addition, register needs to be done in order. Therefore various legal issues occur among people when register takes place without a ground of claim and a broker. The following example offers a further explanation. B sells A`s X land to C without authorization and land registration directly transfers from A to C. The case provides an issue regarding whether or not C is able to have the ownership of the land rises. In order for C`s moving registration to be valid, C needs to be the actual owner of the real estate. Based on the above premise, the following issues regarding C`s ownership acquisition rise: legal effect of a case where an un-entitled person B, acquires ownership from A and transfers it to C; legal effect of a case where A makes a contract of sale between an un-entitled person and the other; legal effect of a case where inheritance begins between the entitled and the un-entitled; In the case of the above, whether or not the effect of registration without intermediate registration, legal effect of a case where C acquires the ownership of a X land by prescription. This paper is focused on these issues.
