In this study the researcher deals with various mission efforts of Sahmyook University and introduces its unique ministry called SAY, which exists for the purpose of nurturing and training church youths so that they can take charge of the oncampus mission work and helping them serve the local churches and do overseas mission work after graduation. SAY is an acronym for ‘Sahmyook Adventist Youth’, operating within Sahmyook University campus. To accomplish this mission, SAY provides the students a few core programs where they can constantly get trained and do missionary work both during the semester and vacation. This includes a disciple training program, ranch festival and new life festival during the semester, chapel cell during the semester, special evangelism force team during the vacation, and various training school programs such as Intercessory Prayer school, Bible Reading school, Relationship/Marriage school, and Healthy Food Cooking school.ABSTRACT- Sahmyook University is one of the most successful mission fields in Korea where students are being gathered through well-organized programs and professional workers under the strong support of the administration.
