|This study aimed at identifying the effect of the life difficulties affecting the labor condition satisfactions perceived by agricultural migrant workers. The life difficulties include weather adjustment, clothing and housing condition, consumer prices, slight (prejudice), communication difficulty, etc. And the labor condition has such sub-areas as workload, wage, work security, and employment period. The subjects of this study were 298 people including Vietnamese, Cambodians, Thais, Nepalese, and Chinese. As results of the analysis, the weather adjustment affected most significantly the satisfactions on wage and employment period. While consumer prices affected most significantly the satisfaction on workload, the clothing condition affected most significantly the satisfaction on work security. But communication difficulty did not affect significantly the satisfactions on all sub-areas. Based on the results, this study suggested some measures to improve the adjustment and labor satisfaction, and to reduce the defection rate of the agricultural migrant workers.
