The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact factors of common management fee according to the differences in management facilities in the multi-family housing in Seoul. For this purpose, the impact factors on common management fee were analyzed using the Hedonic Price Model (HPM). Analysis results are as follows. Firstly, the types of stairs, age sequences, and parking spaces per dwelling were analyzed as an increase in common management fee. Besides, individual heating system, the number of dwelling units, and exclusive dwelling area have been analyzed to have a negative impact on common management fee. Secondly, for attribute of management, it was analyzed that the consigned administration and the number of management personnel affected common management fee positively. Thirdly, if the method of electricity supply is a single contract type, and the fire protection method was a P (Proprietary) type, it is analyzed as an increase in common management fee. Also, the more elevators per dwelling, the greater the fee of common management.
