|E-Commerce is becoming a part of people`s life in China and E-Commerce in China grows very quickly at an unprecedented rate and exerts major impact on the economy. E-Commerce also provides more opportunities to business fields in China. But the E-Commerce is also confronted with a difficulty in distributing the contracted goods by E-Commerce. That is to say logistics bottleneck. China promulgated and implemented the related laws and regulations of the logistics and E-Commerce and Continual legal reforms enhance E-Commerce and logistics transparency in China and stimulate the foreign investor to participate in China`s logistics and E-Commerce markets. China needs streamling E-Commerce logistics in which logistics activities support E-Commerce. In China, to realize E-Commerce logistics, logistics informatization must be introduced although that is a new concept. The concept of modern logistics was brought into China in 1980. So the development of Chinese modern logistics informatization is still staying in a lower level. Total logistics service providers such the third party logistics and the forth party logistics are introduced and enlarged including construction of logistics information system, logistics infrastructure and logistics public platform and training of logistics expertise. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of the E-Commerce logistics in China by analyzing the problems and solutions of E-Commerce logistics.
