영문초록
This paper investigates the influence of small restaurant`s owner professional knowledge factors on business performance. The study is based on 312 restaurant`s owners which was sampled snow ball method. The result from multiple regression analysis suggested as follows: 1) Restaurant`s owners consider that knowledge about customer service and human resource management effects factors on restaurant`s revenue, 2) It is the significance variable affecting net income that knowledge about customer service, human resource management and knowledge about cost, The result provides the directions for feasible knowledge what is the best education contents to pre-restaurant`s owners.
