In accordance with the Contract Law of the People s Republic of China, the lessor (hereinafter as" Party A") and the lessee (hereinafter refer as" Party B"), in order to make clear the rights and obligations of both parties and reach unanimity through negotiation and sign this Contract on the date.
1. Premise
Party A ahead to lease Hotel, Unit to Party B. The total size of the leased property is square meters.
2. Term on Lease
The leased direction of the Contract is months, form to .
3. Rent
The agreed rental is per month (RMB).
4. Deposit
Party B must pay to Party A RMB as deposit when going through the checking in formalities. This deposit cannot be used as rent.
If Party B terminates the tenancy, the security deposit will be forfeited.
