'the sickness unto death’, Despair makes people kill themselves.
The reason why I quoted his words is that the quotation expresses Depressive disorder in the simplest way. These days, Depressive disorder is described as the sickness unto suicide. And Korea's suicide rate has been ranked NO.1 in the OECD for 11 years. But rate of trying out for therapy in Korea is the lowest level.
So, I’ll analyze why the rate of those trying out for therapy is lowest in Korea and then I’ll introduce the solution, CBT.
