1. Introduction
Energy is the crucial factor to the development in most industrial area and we have to supply it from various resources using technical methods. As we have entered in the 21th century, it becomes one of the most important missions to replace original energy with new energy to last current development long. Economically, because the original energy resources like coal, petroleum are not buried evenly, the cost and supply are always unstable and that causes the global problem. The finitude of original resources and threat to the environment also motivate the development of new energy. In this stream, the energy of nuclear fission and nuclear fusion, solar energy, subterranean heat energy, hydrogen energy, tidal energy and so on are researched with activity by scientists. Among them, hydrogen energy system supremely comes into the spotlight. Hydrogen energy system bases an ideal principle which hydrogen is produced from water and returns to the original substance; water after being used. We can expect that after 2010, the cost of hydrogen as one of the resources should be lower than that of fossil fuel. Fuel cell is the bright prospective technique and it already spreads out in many industrial field like hydrogen fueled car. However, although our interest in fuel cell is increasing, the stage of the development is still slight. To develop fuel cell technique as the core industry, we have to construct effective infrastructures from extraction to supply. So, in this project, our team has searched the fuel cell technique dividing into four parts ; extraction, storing, type, merits & demerits.
