During the nineteenth-century, there had been a lot of changes in the design and fine arts in Europe but it is not clear with people the relationship of these two categories. Fine arts have been established during the century but then Raizman studied the designs of different decorative arts that have helped shaped their culture and he also focused on the milestones in the field of design studies.
