1. At Sunday`s graduation, Su-Kyeong Kim will speak to the 385 members of her class at Northfield Mount Hermon School.
This is an amazing feat for a girl who hardly spoke a word of English when she came here from Korea four years ago at age 15.

2.But Kim herself is amazing. Besides becoming fluent in English, Kim has won numerous academic awards.
She has also written a book about her experiences struggling with the English language. The name of her book is
LOOKING FOR TROUBLE. Her teachers hope she will find a publisher soon for her book.

3.Kim realized the need for the book when she began helping newly arrived Korean students at her school.
She realized the newcomers suffered the same qualms she had. "You think you are the only person being embarrassed,
humiliated, making mistakes," she said in a recent interview on campus. "But everyone does it."

4. Su-Kyeong calls her book Looking for Trouble to show that the road to success in mastering a second language is a risky path.

“I want others to know that it's OK to make
mistake." she said, “that nothing worthwhile is without risk.” Su-Kyeong says,
"Lots of people think other people do not
make a lot of mistakes or are not as
embarrassed as they are. It's not true.

1.일요일 졸업식에서 김수경은 노스필드 마운트 허먼 학교에 그녀의 학우 385명에게 연설할 것이다. 이것은 4년 전 15살의 나이로 한국에 온 그녀가 영어로 말하는 것은 매우 힘든 것이기 때문에 놀라운 성과이다.
2.그러나 그녀 자신은 놀라웠다. 영어가 유창해졌을 뿐만 아니라 그녀는 셀 수 없이 많은 대학의 상을 수상했다. 그녀는 또한 영어란 언어와 시름했던 경험을 책으로 썼다. 그녀의 책 이름은 Looking for Trouble이다. 그녀의 선생님은 그녀가 쓴 책을 내줄 출판사를 구하길 희망했다.
