* It is necessary to reduce greenhouse gas exhaustion quantity due to Kyoto protocol.
* Canal transportation exhausts much less gas compared to that of road transportation.

 We may turn water current to water-delpted wasteland and make it rich.
 Natural riverways will be used for canal ways as possible.

2. 수자원 문제
(1) 상수원
 We may control water supply to solve this matter.
 Canal roads and edible water-gathering place can be separated.
 Bank filtration can be an alternative by applicating new technologies such as horizontal well and artificial recharge. For instance, France is using this method to supply their citizens fresh water.

(2) 수자원 관리
 We can control water quantities. So it will become possible to send water to insufficient places.
