* A Vision Statement

- Wine market be popularized. But people think that they have some wine when special day. We want to give them not only "Wine provides a refined atmosphere in which to relax with a drink" but also "comfortable place".


* Business Concept

- Our team determine dining cafe. The main item is wine and finger food. We sell coffee during the day. Recently, Wine market appear a falling tendency. Customer want to buy the good wine by low price. And they feel a recess busy daily. We give them comfortable rest place. We want that people want to go our place when they feel tired.
Finger food is main item. For instance, a canape. It is not for main meal but of a light meal or a snack.








* Products & Related Services

- It mixed table service, take-out service, self service. Wine shop and sell finger food and coffee in the first floor. The second floor has tables and a terrace. Customer buy wine or food what they want. The price similar to other wine shop. If customer want to drink wine in our restaurant, they must pay the charge. Instead, we give them wine glass and table service about wine and finger food. Almost of make self-service. We can reduce labor cost that part, that mean we can give to customer at more cheaper than other restaurant. We made some finger food before demand. Almost food is on display. Customer look for what they want. like Dunkin' Donuts. Some special finger food sell a limited menu.
