What is Human Resource Development?

Human resource development can be defined as

A set of systematic and planned activities
designed by an organization
to provide its members with the opportunities
to learn necessary skills
to meet current and future job demands.

Training and development(T&D)
- Coaching

- Counseling
is used to help employees deal with personal problems that may
interfere with the achievement of personal and organizational goals.
○ Organization development
Is defined as the process of enhancing the effectiveness of

planned interventions.

a series of stages, each of which is characterized by a relatively
