A Situation
I was late. The appointment was very important to me. So I decided to take on taxi. I had no idea but getting on taxi in spite of long distance. After taking on taxi, I hoped that driver knew well road which is the fastest way. But that time is rush hour time. He is Ansan taxi driver. So I worried about that he had no idea in Seoul small road. When I requested hurry to him, he said to me. "I am not good at going fast in Seoul, so I send you Seoul taxi station." After this talking, he sent me taxi station and waited for taking on another taxi. And finally he said "Until you take on another taxi, I will wait."

He pleased me. Till now, I feel good. We meet taxi driver just once. But this driver satisfied me until taking off. And at the Seoul taxi station, he waited for me to take on another taxi. I do not grudge any more if I get on this taxi. I feel I was treated well. Also if taxi driver went to Hyeohwa(혜화), he got more money. But he thought customer's work is more important than money. I think he has care attribute about customer. I impressed his saying. Something small makes customer satisfaction.

A situation
I met the best Sales person last year. I went to Yong-san Electronic mall. I went to Yong-San to buy Mp3. Before going the mall, I found the lowest price of the model that I wanted to buy on a price comparison website. I went around lots of places but they sold the model more expensive than I thought. About an hour later, I entered a shop. There was the model which I wanted so I asked a sales person about the price. The sales person showed me a price comparison web site by using his notebook. I could get it at reasonable price that I expected.. His kind explanation about the product and his honest was very impressive. I remember him as the best sales person.

The sales person had kindness and showed me mild smile. I was impressed that he frankly informed me of the price with detail explanation of the product. Sales people of electronic mall have bad reputation because of their touting and exorbitant price. He made an appeal for his honest to his customer. I think that, which can make his customer repurchase, is his strongest point.

A Situation
I decided to buy boots because the weather was cold. After I searched information on the internet, I went to the department store. I tried on boots for size, and I liked two them. One that I more like than the other was more expensive than the other. Furthermore, I had to order it because I was not able to seem to find my size. I was able to buy the other thing because it was fit my size. I was going to buy cheaper thing because I hated to waiting and I also like to it. At that time, a salesperson said that I was able to get what I more like after a week. He completely promised that he called me in about a week. I paid and it was payment in full. I had been looking forward to my boots all week. After a week, he didn’t call me. I called the department store. The guy answered that we needed far more a week. I regretted buying the boots.

A salesperson didn’t grasp delivery date accurately. He unconditionally recommended products to sell more expensive product. Customers’ point of view, they wanted to get products quickly. Despite extension of delivery date, he didn’t notify me. So, I felt unpleasant.
