Ⅰ. Introduction

1. Why we chose SKT FMI(Future Management Institute)?
Recently, many corporations have established training or educational institutes. Many programs are carried out in many training institutes. The examples are outdoor activities, CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) education, understanding the history of corporation, the core value of corporation and so on.
It is because the importance of HRD(Human Resource Development) is more and more growing. But the education in training institute is quite different from the one in universities. It focuses on 'profitableness'. So what is important is the comprehension to make knowledge more profitable. It means that education in corporations can contribute to the enhancement of understanding tasks and ultimately can contribute to raising productivity and profit.
For this, in the past, the corporate education was operated in military style. So the education contents mainly consisted of a collective action such as walking together after waking up and so on. But now, 'creativity' tends to be considered the most important value among the job competency. Consequently, the corporate education is changing to satisfy this trend.
In Korea, SKT FMI(Future Management Institute) is the most leading in the corporate education. Generally, many corporations are outsourcing job education programs. However, SKT FMI develops them without other's help. It's the strongest point which makes SKT FMI the best corporate education institute in Korea.
Considering these, we three researchers decided to invite SKT FMI and investigate current affairs in job education. Actually, Our team members were curious to know more of the corporate education, especially education for newly-entering employees. In addition, because one of our team members was usually hostile to the corporate education, one of us needed to solve the misunderstanding. Moreover, some alumni of Department of Education are in charge of HRD in SKT FMI. So, our team members expected that alumni could give us more specific information than other people can do.

2. Methodology of Research and Questions
It is located in Icheon city, Gyeonggi province. To provide the attendants with the refreshing environment, it's far from Seoul and CBD. Also, the comparatively low land price was the critical factor to decide the location.
Anyway, for this research, we mainly depended on interview with employees of SKT FMI who are in charge of the HRD part. We visited SKT FMI in 21st OCT. We interviewed three employees - Young-bin Im('89), Dong-in Park('94) and Min-sun Kim('99).
