全身少力, 手指麻木을 呼訴하는 Cervical Myelopathy 男患 1例
A Case Report of a Cervical Myelopathy patient
with General weakness & both Finger numbness

Objectives The purpose of this case is to report the process of a patient with Cervical myelopathy complaining of general weakness & both finger numbness
Methods General weakness & both finger numbness was diagnosed as a Cervical myelopathy. We treated the patient with acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, and thermotherapy.
Results The patient is showing good signs.
Conclusions It seems that we should wait for some times expecting more improvements. We can consider aditional herbal medicine.

Abstract
I. 緖論
경추관협착증은 경추(목뼈)부의 척추관 협착증을 일컫는 말로 척추관이 좁아져 팔이나 다리로 가는 신경을 압박함으로써 증상이 나타나는 병을 말한다. 여러 가지 원인에 의하여 척추관이나 추간공이 좁아지면 그곳을 지나는 신경이 압박을 받게 되어 통증이나 감각의 이상 또는 근력의 약화가 생기게 되는데 이러한 병을 척추관 협착증이라 하고 목뼈의 척추관이 좁아진 것을 경추관 협착증이라고 말한다.
본 환자는 6월 16일 NS에서 경추 수술을 받고 6월 23일 한방으로 재입원한 환자이다. 본 환자의 치료 과정 및 치료 방향에 대한 고찰을 제시해 보고자 한다.
