The next individual we interviewed is Professor Young-Jin Kim of the Department of Business Management and Economics. He mentioned that, in speaking in terms of integrity, HGU’s authentic value is somewhat concealed in the deep side. Every value at HGU is too much overestimated and expected. He regarded that it appears to be excellent only on the surface. Also, Professor Kim added that at HGU, no communication is going around at all. Professors rarely have chances to communicate with other faculty members. It occasionally gets professors in trouble to share sincere emotions and to put trust on one another whereas professors interactively communicate with their students. Professor Kim also pointed out that no improvement has been shown every year. Lastly, he concluded with the statement that the work environment at HGU is much inferior to that of other universities in that professors’ voice is unlikely to be heard by administrators.

Faculty Member (Department of Global Leadership and Engineering, HICEE)
Another individual we questioned for opinion regarding the present state of the university’s value, communication, and its work environment, is a faculty member of the Department of Global Leadership and Engineering, also known as HICEE. We found out that the employee was a graduate of Handong. Therefore, she was able to share many of the important issues concerning the present state of the organizational culture of the university itself. Through the interview, she stated that, in terms of integrity, it wasn’t and still isn’t being fully shared among the employees of Handong, since they were busy working with their own businesses each and every day. Also, this busy work causes a break of communication between departments where interactive communication should be obviously found. She concluded that no communication is currently giving her a hard time within her work environment causing her to become frustrated.

Lastly, we were able to interview and hear a voice from a librarian who works at the university’s library. He shared an opinion that there is a very unique culture at Handong, especially pointing out the fact that the students of Handong have a really good heart. He suggested that this present culture works positively however later will work negatively. It is due to reasons such as the fact that Handong students rarely contradict something bad. In addition to his opinions, he pointed out that we have a deep and clear heart for Christian conservatism. He concerns that we later might
