Analytic model to analyze problems and
factors affecting to process of Ssang-yong Car Negotiation

We will analyze to problems and factors affecting to process of Ssang-yong Car Negotiation with 3 independable variables and its sub-variable. Briefly speaking, three variables that contain People, Interests, Three major obstacle. Detailed descriptions are as follows.

1. People
In the negotiation process of Ssang-yong company, there were more emotional conflicts rather than fundamental problems. Negotiations did not go well due to excessive emotional confrontations between people to solve the problems. Thus, our group are going to analyze the process of the negotiations during focusing on these essential problems and conflicts between people. We suggested three sub-variables in our analysis.
1) Sub-variable
(1) Perception
Understanding the perception of the other party in negotiation is crucial. By understanding, we can solve practical problems and reduce the difference. In negotiation process of Ssang-yong Motor Company, we will analyze to the differences of perception in labor-management.

(2) Emotion
Emotional negotiations can not solve the problem. However, an urge to negotiate, make each other's feelings are often confrontational. This is because both parties assert their own. In the negotiation process of Ssang-yong Motor Company, we will analyze emotional confrontation between labor and management.

(3) Communication
In negotiation, communication is important. Through many conversations with
