- 매매당사자의 일방이 매매조건 등을 명시하여 상대방
에게 판매 또는 구매의사를 확정적으로 표시하는 것.
무역용어로는 offer라고 함.
- 보통 매도인이 매수인에게 행하는 판매제의를 말함.
- 매수인의 구매제의는 거래제의 또는 상품문의라
칭하는 경우가 많음.
* 계약의 성립 및 이행요건별로 발행시의 유의사항
품명(commodity) : 상품명이 유사하거나 비슷한 종류가 많을
시에 분명하고 완전하게 기재.
ex: Fine-TECH pen HI-TEC-C pen
2. 규격(Grade or Specification) : 같은 품목이라도 그 품질과
규격에 따라 가격의 차이가 많이 생길 수 있다.
ex: 빅맥 메가맥
3. 원산지(Origin) : 원산지에 따른 가격의 차이, 동일 국가 내에서
도 지역에 따른 품질의 차이가 있을 수 있다.
ex: 고시히카리 쌀
7. 대량결제방법(Payment Condition) :
대금결제방식
(송금결제 or 신용장에 의한 결제방법, 추심결제
에 의한 방식으로 할 것인가?) 과
대금결제기간(상품인도와 대금지급과의 시차관계)을
제시.
8. 포장방법(Packing Method) : 철근 같은 것은 포장되지 않은
상태로 거래되나 대개의 상품은 포장된 상태로 거래가
이루어 짐.
- 무게가 가벼운 것으로 항공으로 운송되는 상품
Carton Box에 포장
- 선박에 의해서 운송되는 상품
Wooden Case에 포장
대개 “Standard Seaworthy Export Packing”
(방수재료로 포장한 상품을 나무상자에 넣고 철대로 묶는다.)
