▮ Training
Hilton Hotel hires professionals to increase employee’s’ foreign language (Japanese and English conversation) ability to provide better service. Also intranet installation for OJT(On-the-Job Training), and special program to connect performance evaluation and promotion are being implemented. And the hotel is practicing the doctrine of Conrad Hilton which is “only education can bring them to the top” Accordingly, strict education and different campaigns are taking place to improve quality and use of human resource.
▮ A Welfare Program
1. Medical checkup/ Health policy
Grand Hilton Hotel offers annual medical checkup for every employee. Continuing consult base upon the result of medical checkup is going on and in partnership with hospital, Hilton offers health improvement program. Also there is health measurement program joint with health center.
2. Support family event
Grand Hilton Hotel provides financial support for family event for its employees and their family like marriage, funeral and child birth. Furthermore, the hotel offers special vacation so that employees can focus on their families.
3. Support child education
Grand Hilton Hotel offers financial supports for the employee’s children thereby helping their education.
4. Gift to employees
Grand Hilton Hotel gives gift to all employees on Laborer ‘s Day as well as Thanks Giving and New Years Day.
5. Employee condominium
Grand Hilton Hotel contracts with well known domestic condominium and provides these places to its employees for free who want to use them.
6. Support social club
Grand Hilton Hotel actively supports operation of social clubs in order for employees to enjoy various hobbies. Currently clubs like soccer, mountain climbing, and fishing are run to contribute to employee’s healthy vacation.
7. Employee locker/ Relaxation area
