B. Value warrant
Claim: Business profits are adversely affected by environmental protection laws.
Support: Obeying environmental protection laws that call for clean air, for example, costs industry money that could otherwise be realized as profit.
Warrant: Profit is more important than clean air, businesses must make a profit to survive, or environmental protection laws are threatening the capitalistic system.

Claim: You have received a failing grade on this paper.
Support: You have several sentence fragments and subject- verb agreement errors in your paper.
Warrant: These types of errors result in a failing grade in college papers.
