Humax is multinational companies in many countries, in Poland, the United States, China and other countries. And Humax establishes in the production bases, R & D facilities and actively engaged in outreach activities, in this report we trying to analyze in particular on Poland .
Poland, to explain the reason we have an emphasis on this country , first, in 2006 production base were in Northern Ireland as a previously , and Poland would be new moved place, and because the change of aspects to analyze is interesting. Second, overseas countries of Humax, most of their profit which is created for sales and points, R & D sites and production facilities is mainly in Poland, so in terms of understanding the relationship analysis, Poland is the most suitable example for showing GPN process.
Within the process of interaction between economic agents, we understood that there are two great economic entities key steps in the process largely in around and the rest of the various economic actors in the process . Two main things are the Polish government in terms of LOCAL government and roles of Humax in terms of TNC, and the rest.
Of Humax's development for growth overseas development strategy, we can not miss the Poland. The Polish corporation established in May 2006 and build factories, and R & D center in Belfast, alternate Northern Ireland as a production base. Humax move production bases to Poland for a variety of reasons. The most important reason, among them is due to the EU. join of Poland in group of EU, Humax circumvent the trade barriers that can be made. and in terms of using corporate cheap labor, their available production facilities would be moved to Poland, and this strategy will succeed.
Like Northern Ireland, especially as early as the expansion , entry to Poland is combination of two subjects, the local government, and Humax. They dovetailed each other and it operates as a engine as a point of entry.
It isassociated with acting as a support, The LOCAL government's support for overseas companies, bringing to that. As you already know, the British Northern Ireland and Poland, both of the two governments made an effort to attract overseas investment TNCs. in LOCAL company's position, especially for companies specialized in technology-centric IT organizations , to attract Humax for the provision of good quality jobs and technology, to attract effect of transfer deems
