1. Introduction

-Why we chose ‘people oriented culture of company which woman CEO leads.’
Our team wanted to choose the topic which is directly associated with us or is the most interested to us. As we are students of the women university, we hope to deal with the topic concerning women. Also we think it can be helpful to interview a woman leader because the objective of our university is growing women leaders and we all want to be become a leader of a own company in the future.
While choosing the topic which related to us, we noticed present situations which majority of working women quit their jobs after marriage because it is not easy for them to hold down a job and run a household at the same time. Even though there are a few laws that help women to remain or adapt their job after marriage and childbirth such as a maternity leave, there are still few companies that observe these laws in Korea. However, we found that in case of the companies which women CEO lead, they have considerable unique organizational cultures that care for female workers and employees’ family. It is a very important part in ‘Management organizational behavior’ because it can help to give motivation to employees and then develop overall organization. Therefore, we decided our subject as ‘people oriented culture of company which woman CEO leads.’
