Materials
Thionin staining solution : cell의 basophilic한 구성요소들을 염색

Xylene : dehydration과정에서 사용

Ethyl alcohol : hydration 및 destaining 과정에 사용

DW(Distilled water) : washing 과정에서 사용

Permount : 광학현미경의 굴절률을 맞춰주기 위해 slide glass와 cover glass를 밀착시켜주는데 이용

Cover glass & slide glass

Cortex : 뇌의 표면에서 관찰되는 두께 1.5~5.0 mm의 회백질층
감각신호를 받아들이고 수의적 운동반응을 조절하기 전에 통합을 수행
학습과 기억, 언어와 발음과 같은 고등 사고과정을 수행

Caudate putamen(선조체) : The main function of the putamen is to regulate
movements and influence various types of learning.

Corpus callosum(뇌량) : connects the left and right cerebral hemispheres and
facilitates interhemispheric communication.

Lateral ventricle(뇌실) : The lateral ventricles are part of the ventricular system of
the brain. The lateral ventricles connect to the central third
ventricle.
