discipline is basic the most important thing for students school ability. it helps you to prepare for the future to handle the situations, to become successful in the life.
2. POINT

1) Disagree(about Respect)
One should not step on even the teacher's shadow. At least this is what we were taught. However, the opposite is true in modern Korean society. Teacher authority? It plummeted a long time ago. Teachers find it increasingly more difficult to control students.
The Korea of today, Students' disrespect for teachers (authority figures included) is reaching epic proportions. and School teachers are increasingly having a hard time conducting classes and controlling unruly students. in addition to some teachers even fear they may be assaulted by their pupils if they take cell phones away from them or scold them for disorderly behavior during class. Such examples are too many to enumerate.
