- Purpose
The duty of national defense itself is sacred and legitimate. So those who in good faith to meet this obligation should receive fair compensation. when it is insufficient, they can claim rights that are guaranteed. So, in this point, we think it is natural compensation for the two years of which a reserve soldier sacrificed to the duties of the National Defense. But, compared to other conscription countries, the current Korea's compensation to the soldiers is poor. So, our team consider about realistic compensation for the soldiers including not only additional incentive but also other things.
