Introduction
Hospitality industry begins from transportation. Traffic problems often used to happen in places where many people concentrate such as airports, department stores, hotels, restaurants and hypermarket. One of the worst traffic problems is parking problem. Especially, in case of airport parking lot, it needs effective parking system for fast boarding time. Therefore, in case of Incheon International Airport and Gimpo Airport etc, these adopted information system for efficient parking system. As a result, the system could decline parking time dramatically.

1. Actual conditions of the parking problems
Because the parking lot is not supported in comparison to the amount of increase in number of vehicles, parking problems has began for the first time. However, parking problems continues even after we have developed a facility of parking. The reason is the parking lot did not keep illegal serial parking and illegal parking, various reasons. Parking problems has become a serious issues continuously. Parking problems is starting from the apartment to large Mart and airport etc.

2. Discomfort we are experiencing through parking problems.
① The inconvenience walking by the vehicle that was illegally parked
② The traffic paralysis by the vehicle that was illegally parked
③ Induction of traffic accidents caused by vehicles illegally parked

3. The general solutions to parking problems
① Efforts of the crackdown of illegal parked vehicle of government continued.
② Raising the public awareness.

1) Incheon International Airport's parking situation
There are 2 types of Parking service. ①The first way is self-parking service. In this case, some people do not follow the parking section and it cause the serious problem in parking lots. Some of the car owners spend their time to take their tasks in airport after parallel parking or illegal parking their cars, it could not be solved until they come back here and distance between parking lots and airport is quite far so that waiting time for car owner is also long. In the case that the owner stay abroad, the problem become worse.
