These days people living busy lives don't have time to eat proper meals. So, their diet get out of shape and such diet cause many diseases like high blood pressure, stomach problem, cancer. Therefore we need to have a good eating habit for our health. There are some ways to change your diet. First, eat breakfast. It makes your basal metabolic rate high and constitution better. Having breakfast earlier is better. Drinking water or tea as soon as you get up and then eating meal after 20 to 30 minutes is the best way.
