I. INTRODUCTION
Recently 'teaching English through English' has been the most highly focused keyword in English education. Even if the current EFL circumstances have some problems in the implementation of the policy, the basic philosophy can be widely affirmed. The meaningful target language input is believed to induce more successful output on the learners. If we are ever to improve the teaching and learning of English as a means of communication, there must be a general move towards using the target language in the classroom. And this cannot be expected of the student if the teacher does not lead.

It is crucial for language teachers to remember that 'efficiency' in the language classroom is not measured by the success rate in communicating of verbal content in the short run. 'Efficiency' in a language classroom means the learners attaining 'proficiency' over the long run. To achieve this proficiency, teachers have to learn to sacrifice complexity and comprehension in the short term for successful language learning in the long term. To be able to make this difficult sacrifice, the teacher must be resolutely convinced that the 'sacrifice' will pay off.

1) Objective of English Education
Students study English as a required cultural subject so that they can recognize their positions in international society, and develop a fundamental basis for communication in their future international ages.

2) Specific Aims of English Education in Middle School
English should be taught to understand easy English and raise the fundamental ability to express one's own thoughts and feelings fluently. If this is the case, students may have the basis to receive the foreign culture rightly, unbiasedly and develop our culture and introduce it to other countries.
