Our team would like to focus on relatively small hotel company, Zen Backpackers, which is getting popular among young visitors to Busan, and address its role as an accommodation in a famous tourism destination, Seom
designed buildings and communities that can give environment improving quality of life and presented LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification program considering environment and social in 2000. Besides, BREEAM in the United Kingdom, CASBEE in Japan etc. are made and practiced considering own countries. Accordingly, Korea have developed and practiced GBCC (Green Building
20%, compared with last year. Over 1 billion tourist visited Korea. For this issue, Major cities in Korea try to build new accommodations for potential customer. However, About 2 million rooms will be insufficient. In case of Seoul city in particular, the lodging demand is 55,919 rooms yet the lodging supply including potential hotel is only 28,468 rooms.
