Even though there are lots of different kinds of lodging properties, as a student, we tend to pay attention to only huge hotels with worldwide reputation. Our team would like to focus on relatively small hotel company, Zen Backpackers, which is getting popular among young visitors to Busan, and address its role as an accommodation in a famous tourism destination, Seom
organizational culture. So our team selected NHN's organizational culture.
In order to find out which type of organizational culture is popular among college students, we conducted a survey in front of Library on Dec 1. We asked 192 people. 42 students chose DOOSAN, 88 chose NAVER, 62 went for POSCO, and SAMSUNG was chosen by 20 people. We could see that many people were interested in NAVER’s
