탄수화물의 소화
: 입 위 소장
입 - 기계적 소화, 타액(amylase)에 의해 전분 분해 시작 (starch dextrin)
위 - 위액의 염산(HCl)에 의해 타액(amylase) 불활성화,
전분 분해 중단: Chyme(반액체의 음식물) 형태
소장 - 전분의 본격적인 소화
Chyme이 소장 도달되면 십이지장에서 췌장액(췌장 amylase) 분비
