Executive Summary
The purposes of this report can be shown as three; (1) to see the relationship between various factors and organizational commitment, (2) to figure out how person-organization fit-the most influential factor- affects organizational commitment and (3) to find out some solutions to deal with the SMEs’ problems. Through the study, our team can find out strong relationship betwee
development, structure and the job itself, and the working environment.
Of course, not all information found will lead to a perfect correlation with Microsoft’s individualistic organizational culture. However, we found many elements that in fact do have a relationship with such culture. Obviously, on top of facts, our group’s subjective opinion and thoughts are weighted in our judgments.
Ambiguity of organizational culture
Culture, whether it is shared by the scale of country, school or company, it has tremendous influence on its members. Culture can’t be made and handled by people but it is formed by itself.
