Abstract
이번 실험은 사람의 DNA에서 특정 유전자(ADH, ALDH2)에 대하여 유전적 기능을 특징짓는 SNP를 RFLP를 통해 확인하고 sequencing을 통해 정확한 sequence를 찾아내어 여러 sample DNA들을 Data base의 reference와 비교 분석해보는 실험이었다. 먼저 18개의 준비된 sample DNA들은 RFLP를 이용해 ALDH2 유전자가 들어있는 DNA
