이번 실험에서 Glucose standard curve를 이용하여 sample의 glucose 농도를 구하기 위해서는 sample에 추가된 reagent buffer와 control의 OD값을 빼준 뒤 Glucose standard curve의 y축 OD 값을 찾아 그에 대응되는 glucose 농도 값을 역추적하여 x 축에서 찾는다.
