Oxidation -Reduction reaction
When one molecule is near another one, there is chemical reaction from which electrons from one molecule to another molecule moving in a chemical reaction can occur simultaneously. Thus, this is called Oxidation -Reduction reaction.
Equivalence point & End point ?
End point is the point that we can expect titration is over by observing system’s states
Apparatus
- Water bath, brief centrifuge
II. Reagents
- Plasmid, DDW, restriction enzymes [NdeI, BamHI], restriction enzyme reaction buffer
① NdeI: an endonuclease isolated from Neisseria denitrificans. In molecular biology, it is commonly used as a restriction enzyme.
② BamHI: a restriction enzyme, derived from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. It has the recognition site (G'GATCC), and lea
