논문 목적:
-To reconcile three stylized facts about resource allocation
in firms(capital budgeting).
-To show that they are related to the presence of asymmetric
information among the members of the firm.
The Facts of interest are:
-1. The existence of organizational slack
-2. The “rationing” of resources within organizations
-3. The “cut off rate” for accepting
on cartoons due to the illegal downloads from the Internet. Lastly, Sociocultural & Legal factors are related to the wide use of public transportation in Korea. During their use of public transportation, people are left with slack time which can be used for reading Webtoons. Furthermore, because the infringement of copyright is easy and very common in Korea, many people do not buy the contents.
