In 2015, the government of China announced that they decided to abolish the one-child policy of 33 years. Instead, they determined to impose a two-child policy to promote equal development of population and to improve the strategy of development.
When they first adopted the one-child policy, Chinese parents could not bear more than two children, and they received strictpunishments such as as
punished by a strict system of punishment.
A: It depends on the event. The punishment for ethical matter would be strict, but the one for the procedure matter is not really strict.

Facing the situation, I think, we must be aware of the long-lasting consequences of our actions. Strict laws must be imposed to punish those who pollute the environment. What is more important is for everybody to realize that only when we have a clean environment can we develop our economy in a healthy and sustainable manner for the future generations.
