women doesn't include 'women' and even, their health is in the system which is hard for them to guarantee it by themselves. In this situation, it is an urgent issue to understand what is health for women and find out possible measures to solve it.
For these reasons, we determined to propose policies for "women", and focused on the fact that policies for birth and rearing of mothers with low SE
Ⅰ. Introducing case
①Economic problems,
Father has physical disability. He cannot work, so the family had no income. The family is very poor and life is very difficult.
②Health problems,
Father’s health is not good and Residential environment is also very poor.
③Educational issue,
Mother is Vietnamese, can not teach language to their children. and Cult
