1. Introduction
1) Definition of preservation and food-spoilage micro-organisms
Food preservation is the process of treating and handling food to stop or greatly slow down spoilage (loss of quality, edibility or nutritive value) caused or accelerated by micro-organisms. Some methods, however, use benign bacteria, yeasts or fungi to add specific qualities and to preserve food (e.g., cheese, wine

어떻게?
① Metal을 이용
☞ ContactResistance ↓, but Transmittance ↓
② Graphene을 이용
☞ Transmittance ↑, but ContactResistance ↑
③ Metal/Graphene layer를 이용
☞ Transmittance ↑, ContactResistance ↓
④ Patterned metal + Graphene을 이용 !! ↕:Good
☞ Transmittance ↑↑, ContactResistance ↓↓ ↕: Bad
We investigated graphene-based transparent electrodes for InGaN/GaN light emitting diodes(LED). Nano-dotted layer of Ag and Ni were inserted between p-GaN and graphene to achieve low contactresistance and high transmittance. Heat treated Ag layer/graphene had low contactresistance of 0.7~1.2Ω/cm2, and we could achieve better luminance for GaN-based LED. However, for patterned Ni layer/graphene
