Ⅰ. 서론
오늘날 고령화와 급진전/소득 향상 등으로 삶의 질 개선 욕구가 증가, 치료에서 예방 중심으로 소비자의 건강관리 패러다임이 변화하고 웰니스에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 웰니스는 어원은 연구 목적과 방향에 따라 “웰빙(well-being) + 해피니스(happiness)” 또는 “웰빙(well-being) + 휘트니스
