1. The students can be overwhelmed by the requirements. That is, making a news script from an article and having news broadcasting in front of the class can be somehow difficult for them to perform.
In general, speaking in front of the class is considered demanding for Korean students. For the more, having news broadcasting in front of their peers can give
class, students can change the direct speech into indirect speech (reported speech).
Students can create a news script by applying the grammatical rules of indirect speech and paraphrasing.
Students can express their thoughts and views about the article in English.
