1. What is scientific experiment?
Experiment is implemented to verify hypothesis or knowledge that is already known. Experiment is relative with theory closely. Experiment is method and means to verify and make theory, theory is a content that includes a principle that provides new perspective about necessary knowledge to develop new experimental method as well as tools and experimental method.
This experiment consisted of a total of 3 experiments. In the first experiment, three different resistors are measured using a digital multimeter, and these resistors are connected in series, parallel, and mixed to measure the resistance, and compared with the theoretical value of the resistance read in color code. Their average error was 0.15% to 0.46%, and it was confirmed that all exist within
1.1.2. Cyclooxygenase-prostanoid cascade
Figure 1.1. Metabolism of arachidonic acid
Despite the diverse chemical structure of aspirin-like drugs, the antinociceptive effect of NSAIDs is mainly due totheir common property of inhibiting cyclooxygenases involved in the formation of prostanoids. Prostanoids areformed by most cells and act as autocrine and paracrine lipid mediators. They are n
Recent studies have demonstrated that cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression is up-regulated in a number of cancers.
The COX-2 isoform is induced in response to inflammatory factors and is expressed in premalignant lesions, including cervical tissues.
In this preliminary study, the variability of COX-2 overexpression in cervical premalignant lesions was assessed.

The scene at Six D.O.G.S in Athens.
It’s hard to believe that only six or seven years ago, this shop-filled area — known by the somewhat unwieldy title of the “historic commercial triangle” — was a virtual wasteland for night life. Back then, after the bustling daytime crowds dispersed, the triangle went dark.
“In the center of Athens there was nothing, just these really c
