The purposes of this report can be shown as three; (1) to see the relationship between various factors and organizational commitment, (2) to figure out how person-organization fit-the most influential factor- affects organizational commitment and (3) to find out some solutions to deal with the SMEs’ problems. Through the study, our team can find out strong relationship betwee
those few who are born trainers are gained from effective training from companies; their efficiency grows and improves significantly as a result. While we analyze various training methods and their benefits with given examples, this report would provide with an insight of two types of broad training methods of company training strategies which are on-the-job trainings and off-the-job trainings.
