◎ 만드는 법
1. 버터를 부드럽게 풀어 준다.
2. 버터에 설탕과 계란 1개를 넣고 섞는다.
3. 밀가루는 체에 쳐서 함께 섞어 주걱으로 가볍게 섞는다.
4. 밀가루를 뿌려 가며 2~3㎜ 두께서 밀어준다.
5. 틀에 반죽을 넣고 냉동실에서 굳힌다.
6. 180℃에서 10~15분 정도 굽는다.
